Another key component of M&G’s success is our in-house technical capabilities. Connection design, Design-Build and Erection Engineering is handled by the Engineering department. The engineering staff includes Kevin Chessman, P.Eng. and Dustin Gravelle, with the continued part-time support of John Mark, P.Eng..
M&G Steel is an Industry leader in the adoption of new Drafting technology. Using SDS/2, complete 3D models of all projects are produced from which Erection and Fabrication Detail Drawings are created and CNC files are extracted. M&G currently employs a full-time staff of ten Draftsmen.
